That experience will come in handy as the Lions will be not only breaking in a new QB, but they will be implementing a new offensive system altogether. RB Luke Ayala (and his 800+ yards rushing with 400+ yards receiving) returns, as do WR Luis Avila and TE Robert Paniagua (each with 20+ receptions in '07). Defensively, El Monte will have to improve greatly on the 27.6 points per game they yielded last year. DE Oscar Quinones, SS Fernando Noriega, and LB Julio Tena hope to make that a reality.
