In order to get a point for being the first organization to rank a team in your top 25, you must do so by yourself that week (no other list ranked the team in the top 25 that week), and then have another organization(s) go on to rank them in the top 25 later in the season.  Since not all organizations rank in early-August, the 8/8 ranking is used as the start date for this competition.  A consistent starting date is needed so that no one gets credit for being first just because they put a list out a week before the others.  Note: Teams ranked as one of several "tied for 25th" will not count as being ranked for purposes of this screen, for obvious reasons.
