With 13 starters returning overall, including RB Sean Conrad, FB Jake Wisnicki, TE Justin Hale, and Austin Rowen and Jesse Conrad on the OL, the running game should be a major strength for the Sharks. As can be the case in football, the ultimate team sport, teamwork and unity play a major role. Said Coach Ray Humphrey, "Even with some key losses at some positions, I feel we have better balance and a lot more discipline. This year's group has already shown that they can work well together." As is the case with many small schools, depth will be an issue as many of the offensive starters will also see time on the other side of the ball. You might be able to look for some improvement this fall, and due to the top 2 teams from the '07 Frontier moving into a different league, the Sharks should again be hunting for a playoff spot.
