The defense, which only allowed an average of 11.8 points per game last year, may actually improve with 7 returning starters, including LB Tyler Fletcher and DE Trumaine Smith. On offense, Elliot Martin is expected to take over at QB, and he'll be throwing to All-Southern Section Southern Division WR Bronson Taylor. Dan Park will help anchor what Coach Mark Cunningham describes as the "biggest line we will have had in years" on offense. While the defense is expected to improve, the offense will have some question marks with the new QB and no experienced RB returning. If the Trojan offense can get anywhere near the 31.7 ppg they scored last year, however, it should be another solid year for University.
