Last year, the Bullard Knights ended the season with an 8-3 record and was, at one time in the 2007 season, ranked 13th in the state with a perfect 7-0 record. "We will return a significant number of players with game-time experience," said Coach Arax. "We will return our entire linebacker core, and among them are two first-team all-league members. They are both only juniors." Coach Arax is no doubt referring to Caleb Justice LB and Daniel Snelling LB. Other players likely to have an impact during the season are prospective DI recruit Evan Caldwell WR, Rem Alexander OL and Aaron Weimer DB. Altogether, the Knights will return five three-year varsity players and a junior class with a 10-0 record on their Frosh team. To back up his assertions, Coach Arax has upgraded the Bullard football schedule to open the season at Orange Lutheran and add a home game with Encino Crespi.
