Organizations earn a win or a loss each time their order on a matchup of ranked teams differs from other organization(s).  For example: Washington and Jefferson are about to play each other.  Rankings A has Washington ranked 12th and Jefferson HM.  Rankings B and C have Jefferson ranked 23rd and Washington not ranked at all.  This constitutes a head-to-head matchup.  If Washington wins, A gets two wins and B and C each get a loss.  calpreps projects every game, so the opinion on a game is always known; this accounts for the high volume of head-to-head matchups.
