Organizations earn a win or a loss each time their order on a matchup of ranked teams differs from other organization(s). For example: Washington and Jefferson are about to play each other. Rankings A has Washington ranked 12th and Jefferson HM. Rankings B and C have Jefferson ranked 23rd and Washington not ranked at all. This constitutes a head-to-head matchup.
